19th Century Spanish Townhouse

This gorgeous house was recently featured in Living Etc. Amazingly enough the owner is quoted as saying 'In Spain, no one buys old houses,' says Pablo Lopez. 'The attitude is, with so much land available, why pick an old house when you can have a new one instead?' WOW why would you want a new house when you could have this beauty, madness!

  1. Vanya - that home is just delightful. It is slightly quirky and peaceful and pretty. I just love it because it's also different!

P.S. Your Paris photos are so beautiful - yes, it looks very cold! I love the Eiffel Tower in the fog - that is an image I have never seen before! I also loved your ferris wheel photos, especially the one with the statue in the foreground. You could easily sell that photo!!
You have a great eye and should take lots more photos!!

  5. That. Is. Amazing.

Does that mean all the old houses are cheap? If so, I'm on the next flight to Spain...
