The Golden Age of Couture

My favourite exhibition of the last 7 years I have been visiting the Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A) was The Golden Age of Couture, incredibly beautiful and inspirational, if was a true feast for the senses.

I have this poster framed - so beautiful

I also have this postcard in a frame, I love it

Gorgeous...wish I could trot over to the VA museum! Billowy skirts...couture dressmaker details...we love the looks so much we put them at our windows and on our beds, etc.

My grandmother caught the train to Bendigo to see this exhibition - as she does at age 87! She got me a post card of a beautiful red taffeta dress with a bustle photographed from behind, I have it in a frame. Love it.
