My favourite kitchens

I was musing over kitchens and realised my tastes fall into three distinct categories - Country Simplicity, Elegant Modern and Vintage Style, how would I chose, well I think the best way is to be guided by the style of the house.

Country Simplicity

Isn't this stone bench & butlers sink incredible

Vintage Pretty

The pretty aqua bench top is a lovely contrast against the white & the pops of colour add alot of fun

Clever use of colour - the wall colour in the hall becomes the floor & table colour in an otherwise white space - lovely

I know a really good joiner who does perks ;o) and since he was a chef in a previous life he's quite helpful with layout stuff too.....

Gorgeous inspiration!
I love the 'Country simplicity' categorey best, thought as a typical Swede I also like to add some high-tech & modern twists to this seemingly timeless & traditional base.

I also fell hard for the no 5 in the 'Elegant Modern' section.. Yum yum fo that one too! :)

Thanks for stopping by today and congratulations on deciding on a detox. Best of luck! I'd love to hear how it goes and which programme you follow.

Such a yummy group of images Vanya, I think I fall into the Elegant Modern these days. Or I will when MOTH rips the guts out of our current c1972 nightmare. Lovely to hear from you!

I LOVE no. 5 in elegant modern too, perfect classic simplicity.

I'm doing a gall bladder cleanse that has been recommended by my medical herbalist, it sounds like a full on my very good flush! Will start soon..... :)
