A growing obsession

My love of china and glassware has just exploded in the last year - my poor little flat is nearly splitting at the seams

last count I had 14 jugs, who needs 14 jugs I hear you ask, but its not really about need.....

Poolware

I'm so in love with my Pooleware Coffee pot, I don't even drink coffee - but it looks so pretty I couldn't resist!

I have a whole Pooleware tea set now and a dinner set, which I have decided to use everyday, as the colour is so beautiful

I'd love to have more of these Jelly moulds, they are so sculptural and beautiful

colourful bulb vases

love this little plate

Crown Ducal

this my fav bulb vase, love the fluting and the colour

the simplicity of Wedgewood - perfect

Head over heals for this colour - Dee Cee Stoneware vase

I bought this pottery jug on holiday in Aegina, Greece at a little pottery stall at the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, I was so worried I was going to break it bringing it home, but its pretty robust. I love the colour

this jug and the tea cup, saucer and plate below, are my latest finds and favourites. I swoon everytime I look at this jug, the colour is heavenly

so so so in love with this, just perfection

  4. a perfect peaceful collection - oh my, i love that fluted wedgwood. gotta get me some of that! your greek pottery is darling. for a long time i was a pottery collector and brought back a piece every year from vacation. i was pretty poor in those days, so that only amounted to about 7 or 8 pieces, but it was such a treat to seek out "the" piece. funny how things are more precious when you have less money. i remember searching for the perfect piece because it was all i would get on that trip. funny. love all your finds. all precious.
